We use the SCRUM methodology in all of our projects. We also use the code review process and we insist upon high coverage of the written code with unit, integration and functional tests. In order to ensure the high-quality of the code in all projects, we have unified the coding standards for our entire department. You will find all the details in the programming practices we have adopted.
